I was seriously satisfied with the product and the customer service of hediyesepeti. Especially the fact that they called to ask if it would be a problem for me that the product had to be shipped later than expected is, in my opinion, a sign of quality service. Thank you. However, I can't say the same for the shipping company. Due to incorrect actions taken for a small address issue, they turned it into a full-blown crisis and managed to deliver the package in only a week. They wrote the estimated delivery date as Saturday, but without checking the business address I requested the delivery to, they marked the open workplace as "closed" in the tracking system. When I called customer service, they said something ridiculous like, "Most corporate businesses are closed on Saturdays, so the system automatically marks it as closed, and we don’t deliver on Saturdays." :) Once again, thank you to hediyesepeti for truly providing quality service and customer care. Thanks to everyone involved. I would suggest you consider changing your shipping company.
