If you encounter any issues, you don't need to worry; they resolve it easily. I thought my photo didn’t fit this frame because there was a shadow on my face. I contacted them, and they revised it and sent it back for approval before sending the new one. My advice to you is to contact them via WhatsApp and ask. The finish is good and as depicted in the samples. But the table top stand doesn't fit to the size of the portrait. I had to drill it to the stand so that it doesn't fall off easily.
