The wrong product was sent to me, so I returned it and called to request that the correct one be sent to me. However, my request was ignored and I have been waiting for days now. I even shared the tracking number for the shipment that I returned, but still nothing. I did everything I could, but I wish the company would take responsibility. When I called the next day to check on the shipment, they said it hadn't been sent yet due to busy workloads, but apologized and said it would be sent the next day. But even now, it has not been sent. I haven't called again, but this is not forgivable behavior. There are no words to describe my disappointment and frustration. Imagine if you were in my position and make your own judgment about this situation.
