The product did not come with a picture as clear, dark and textured as the one on the visual. It's not bad, but the visual is misleading. There was no problem with the packaging.

I am beyond impressed with the quality of this item. We got this as a remembrance gift for a soon to be mom who lost her mom right before the baby was born. Her mom was etched on the front and she can put pictures inside to show her daughter when she grows up. It came way quicker than expected too! Would highly recommend this item! Thank you!

Item didn't come as described, item also came extremely faded, upon reaching out for help in this issue seller suggested a coupon several times before I insisted on it being redone without additional payment, due to the quality of work and miss description. Then when receiving the re do it was still not as described and the picture was just shadded in. The quality of the product wasn't terrible, a little hard to get the pictures in but don't expect the greatest print on the front.
