Thank you for the very elegant and high-quality product, the gift packaging was also very careful. There was only a disagreement with the shipment, as we were informed that the product was not delivered to the recipient and we had to receive it from the courier company. Although we received a message saying that the delivery would be made the next day, it did not arrive. We finally received it from the courier. Technically, the recipient should have received the gift delivery, but we didn't want to find fault with such a beautiful product :)
