Got this as an anniversary gift and I have to say my boyfriend and I were both pleasantly surprised by the quality of this! The wood feels really sturdy and does not feel cheap at all. I love the customer service these amazing people provided! The team walked with me through every step of the production, from scaling to printing to shipping. I would highly recommend this beautiful piece as an anniversary gift. Disclaimer: my original picture was taken with a dslr, I don’t know how the quality would differ if the picture was in a lower resolution.

Honestly I would give this 4.5 stars. My experience with this shop was amazing. I ordered this like a week before Christmas, fully expecting a handmade shop not to be able to get it to me in time. I had it by the 23rd! The original photo I submitted wasn’t a very good resolution, and rather than just print it anyways they let me know and resubmit a different photo. It arrived in lovely packaging and was wrapped so nicely! The quality of the item was great, just one teeny tiny thing. One of the boards had come off during shipping so I had to reglue it. Kind of a bummer, but really not a big deal considering how great the rest of my experience was!

DSGiftStudio was VERY fast in responding to my order. Within 12 hours after I ordered, I got a message asking for the photo to use. After I sent the pic, I received an image preview and tracking number within 24 hours. I live in Florida and received it within 2 business days.
** ABOUT THE FINAL PRODUCT
My vertical image turned out very well - great texture and the colors in my photo were accurately represented on the wood. To hang the pallet, a rope is included that attaches to two small hooks on the back.
** GREAT PACKAGING - NO NEED TO GIFT WRAP
I didn’t choose the gift wrap option but the pallet arrived in a very nice parchment-like wrapping paper with a red ribbon around it.
