It was a bit too dusty. Of course, it's understandable due to the wooden material and its shaping, but it was excessively dusty. Also, the photo print was distorted when printed. There were shapes on it. Still, there's effort involved, and it was beautiful. Thank you so much, great job :)

Item itself: picture was nice.
layout: not what I'd asked for. I even reconfirmed with seller about what I wanted.
Seller printed same message twice on both inside and outside, (just wanted it on inside).
There was also a punctuation mistake.
I attached screenshots and pointed out the errors.
Offered to return package but to no avail, was not offered any refund/ replacement at all.
Instead I received a mere apology, saying it was what I asked for.
Perhaps there is a language barrier here?
Such a huge disappointment.
Never again.

Item is made with wood youâd just about expect, nothing CRAZY sturdy like oak or maple, but classic crafted wood. Iâd specified how Iâd wanted my words to be placed using parentheses to ensure that the words werenât right next to each other. Wellll, thatâs how it came out, with the (words) added & engraved into it too. Contacted seller & asked what could be done, & gave me 50% off to reorder it. I ended up paying 1Âą less than I originally had the first time. I guess this was my error but either way, be warned!

I was worried this would arrive in time for Valentine's Day since these are shipped from Turkey, but they arrived very quickly. A slight grammatical error and the hinges aren't that sturdy, but it did the job and made a great gift. I wish I got to see a draft of it first to correct the grammatical error, but overall, it turned out nice.
