I requested a different design for the products, and they responded to my messages immediately; the communication was excellent. I absolutely fell in love with the packaging, and the products are very high quality and just like in the picture. However, I can't say the same for the delivery time. The product was delivered on the 8th day after it was shipped, meaning the courier company is terrible. This duration is quite long nowadays, and I think a solution should be found. After all, these are gifts, and it's important that they arrive on time.
