On the cushions, the silhouettes of the people in the picture looked more aesthetic. On the delivered product, there were only outer lines drawn by hand. At least some shading could have been added for the face and other areas. Let me explain it this way: a face was drawn, but there were no eyes, nose, or facial contours, just a completely blank face.
